Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Mohit Saharan, an individual based in India, who runs DSAIEngineeringGym ("the gym", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the gym, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
A free beta
The gym is free and in beta. Courses, features, and these terms may change. We may pause or close the service; if we close it, we will email you at least 30 days before when we can. No level of availability is promised.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens on it.
- One person per account.
- You can stop using the gym and delete your account at any time on your Account page (see the privacy policy).
Acceptable use
Do not:
- harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone, or send unwanted or repeated friend requests;
- choose a username that is offensive or misleading, or that impersonates a person or the gym;
- use bots, scripts, or scrapers to use the gym, earn XP, or copy its content;
- try to break, overload, or get around the gym's security or limits;
- use the gym for anything illegal.
We may remove a username, limit features, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
Course content
- Lessons and flashcards are for learning. They can contain mistakes or go out of date, and they are not professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.
- The course content belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. You may use it for your own learning and use the code examples in your own work. Do not republish, sell, or bulk-copy the lessons or flashcards; short quotes with a link are fine.
What you add
You keep any rights in what you add, such as your username. You allow us to store it and show it to other members as the features describe, for as long as your account exists.
No warranty
The gym is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities, that come from using the gym. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new date and email you before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the gym after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India decide disputes about them. If you use the gym as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
